What You'll Do:
CNA Program Instructors are Registered Nurses (RN) that develop and deliver training to prepare trainees for the CNA credentialing exam and provide quality care to our residents. Your expertise and guidance will empower our staff to achieve clinical program objectives aligned with our mission. Your leadership will contribute to the enhancement of our care standards, resident well-being and the future healthcare professionals in your community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on clinical training sessions, including real-world scenarios and practical experience in a Long-Term care setting
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes
- Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Encourage continuous learning and professional growth among students
- Aide with the recruitment and interviewing of prospective students
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements

Rate of Pay: Starting from USD $85,000.00/Yr. -:
What You'll Bring:
Qualifications of a CNA Program Instructor (RN) include:
- Valid state nursing license (RN)
- Advanced degree or certification preferredand
- Experience in a nursing leadership role in a Long-Term Care or similar healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in staff education and development
- Commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery
- Inspirational leader with a focus on innovation and quality improvement
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Excellent communication, instructional and presentation skills
- Strong clinical, interpsersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
